Terry was on WGN this week discussing Tiger Woods and texting - how law enforcement can get your deleted calls and messages as we've seen in court in the George Ryan and Conrad Black cases.

"Honest Services" Statute (12/8/2009)

Terry was on WGN speaking about the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court battle over the "honest services" statute (a broad anti-corruption law); the statute used in the indictment against former Gov. Rod Blagojevich. The U.S. Attorney’s office has indicated they aren’t taking any chances and will be filing a new indictment against Blago that doesn’t use the “honest services” statute as its central thesis. Should the Supreme Court rule as expected, convictions against some individuals such as Conrad Black, Jeffrey Skilling and Betty Lauren-Maltese will be in jeopardy.

Tiger Woods Incident (12/2/2009)
