He says, "that even in death, (Gacy) is like an octopus whose tentacles extend far beyond the suburban Chicago home where he murdered most of his known victims." Terry has always believed that there were other victims and given how manipulative Gacy was, pressure needs to be kept on law enforcement to fully resolve this case.
