Legal analysts hope that this will not turn people away from serving on a jury especially a high profile case. Analysts hope that the Casey Anthony trial will serve as a learning experience for professionals who study jury behavior given that this was a prime case of the evidence not being strong enough to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. Jurors never questioned if Casey Anthony was guilty or not - just that the evidence did not meet the criteria to convict. Healthcare - Taking a Stand on Vaccinations (7/13/2011)Healthcare has always been a concern especially among parents and what that means for their kids. Doctors are now taking a stand on indecisive parents who debate on getting their kids vaccinated or not. Pediatricians are now turning away kids who are not vaccinated because they believe in better healthcare. Their stand on this issue is that either get your kid vaccinated or seek medical services elsewhere. Doctors firmly believe that these immunizations protect these children and without them, it leaves them vulnerable. |
