A New Mayor and Decision in Will County DUI (2/23/2011)

Chicago residents came out to vote and elected Rahm Emanuel to be the next Mayor of the City of Chicago. A run-off election will not be needed.

A jury found Cecil Connor guilty in a car crash that killed the son of his former girlfriend. He was charged with aggravated drunk driving. The jury deliberated for over nine hours.

Election Day (2/21/2011)

Drew Peterson hearing (2/16/2011)

Terry spoke today on the WGN International Noon News and during the commentary for the live broadcasting of the Drew Peterson case in the 3rd District Appellate Court. This was the first time in Illinois history that any cameras have been allowed in the Appellate Court.

Drew Peterson hearing Wednesday (2/15/2011)

Terry will appear on the WGN news at noon tomorrow to discuss the pending case in the Illinois Court of Appeals over hearsay evidence against Drew Peterson. Peterson has been in custody since 2009 and his trial has been on hold, awaiting this decision.
